Refund policy
Return and Refund Policy – AmazeCandy
At AmazeCandy, each order is handmade with care and attention. Due to the nature of our custom edible products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or issue refunds except in rare, clearly qualifying situations.
Delays and Lost Packages
Once an order is shipped and scanned by the carrier, it is in the custody of the postal service. We are not responsible for delays, rerouting, misdeliveries, or losses caused by USPS or any third-party shipping service. This includes, but is not limited to:
-
Packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier but not received.
-
Extended transit times, rerouting, or improper handling.
-
Delays due to processing issues, weather conditions, or logistical errors by the postal service.
Please understand that these matters are outside of our control, and refund requests based on such events will not be accepted automatically.
Event Cancellations and Customer Changes
We do not offer refunds for changes in personal plans, including the cancellation of events, parties, or any changes in the buyer’s circumstances. Likewise, we cannot issue a refund if a product is deemed unsuitable, different from expectations, or no longer needed. We strongly encourage customers to read the product description carefully before placing an order.
Product Condition and Storage
Our lollipops are packaged securely and shipped with care. However, we are not responsible for any damage or quality deterioration resulting from:
-
Improper handling during shipping.
-
Inappropriate storage conditions during or after delivery.
All products must be stored in a cool, dark, dry place with no direct sunlight and humidity levels below 75%. We are not liable for damage caused by failure to follow proper storage instructions.
Food Safety and Usage
AmazeCandy lollipops are intended for responsible enjoyment. Children under 3 years old should only consume lollipops under strict adult supervision. We do not assume responsibility for any issues arising from choking hazards or overconsumption of sweets.
