Shipping Policy – AmazeCandy
Processing Time
All orders are handmade with care and typically ship within 3–5 business days after the order is placed, unless otherwise stated in the product description. During peak holiday seasons or for large custom orders, processing time may be extended. We will contact you if there are any delays.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail or other reliable carriers, depending on destination and package size. Shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout. Tracking numbers are provided with every shipment once the order has been fulfilled.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Estimated delivery time within the U.S. is 1–5 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the postal service and are beyond our control once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your order has been shipped and scanned by the carrier, AmazeCandy is no longer responsible for delays, rerouting, misdeliveries, or losses caused by the postal service. This includes packages marked as “delivered” but not received.
If your tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office. We are happy to assist with shipping details, but we cannot guarantee resolution for delivery errors made by third parties.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Packaging
We pack all products securely to protect them during transit. However, due to the fragile nature of handmade lollipops, minor cosmetic damage may occur during shipping. We do not refund or replace items damaged by mishandling during transit unless insured shipping is purchased.
